- Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders might not get shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be an abnormal/ significant delay in shipment of your order, we will upfront contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation message once your order has been shipped from our facility, containing your tracking number(s). The unique tracking number (Order ID) can be used to track your shipment status.
- Shipping Rates: All product delivery, handling & applicable tax charges are included in pricing.
